I really hope they fix this one ! I don’t use any mods either and I love making my sims go to uni and become doctors but it’s annoying when they get up that part in career and can’t complete it bc the surgery table won’t allow you to assess the sim in labor … or when they say “assess the collapsed sim” and no sim showing up at all on the lot 💔
