[GTW] Lice Cold Retail Freezer doesn't make money

I have had this problem for a few months now. The Lice Cold Retail Freezer doesn't make any money on any retail lots. Sims will come to the shop and take products out of the freezer but no money is then given. I've used different retail lots, shops with only freezers and shops with also other products on sale it doesn't matter. Products are taken out of the freezers without recieving money in return.

I have no mods installed, i have the latest update, I have deleted and redownloaded the game, nothing helps. Anyone knows how this can be fixed?

I have the same issue, it's driving me crazy! I tried to manually mark products as for sale before putting them in the freezer - now customers don't take them anymore, but they don't buy them either.

I am also having the same issue. Additionally, Sims will not buy anything from the Baker's Cousin Display Case. Sims will stay in the store for 8 hours and never make a purchase, nor, even look at the items. Now the only way they will buy from the Display Case is if the Lice Cold Retail Freezer is in the store. They will take an item in the Freezer, not pay for it, and then purchase an item from the Display Case.

Children are able to purchase from the freezer. Teen and older will take objects from the freezer, freeze, and then reset. They will not pay for the object. Then they will wait until an object that is not in the freezer is for sale and purchase that object.

Same haven't tried in a few months when it worked, now they take but don't pay.
