[GTW] Patients get tired and leave after being admitted to hospital bed

When my Level 7 doctor career sim tries to admit patients to the hospital bed, they keep getting up and leaving the lot with a tired thought bubble.

Sometimes the bug doesn't happen immediately so I'll manage to run a few doctor tests, but then they leave while I'm analysing their patient sample, still in their hospital gown.

Child sims appear unaffected (they do sometimes get up but won't leave).

Collapsed sims still get through their surgery if they make it to the hospital with enough time on the clock (they've also been turning up and collapsing when I only have ~1.5 hours left in my "stay late" work day).

Changes into gown, sits on hospital bed, immediately gets up and leaves the lot

Mac, all packs installed including BH (doctor sim is also an employee at his partner's cat cafe), no mods and I've repaired the game.
