In the EA expansion pack, Get To Work, With store open and customers ready to buy, there is no way to view customer interest, sale progress or process a sale.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Have you tested other stores to see if they have the same issue ?
- Does it happen on a new save ?
