[GTW] Retail: Fridge does not keep food from spoiling at all

gave this a short test and mine is working fine.

it's something that's coming up from time to time though. There's an older report here: [BH] Food in fridges on owned lots spoil when returning to that lot | EA Forums - 12241502 is this the same as you are seeing ? 

It's for small businesses though

Yes mine is on a retail lot I forgot to mention that, do you know anyway to fix this?

I've just recently had this issue as well. Fridge is not preventing food from spoiling.

I think it's a bug because when I open the fridge menu to see what's stored, and hover over a meal, it does say in the tooltip that the food is good for another 4d+, as if it was being refrigerated correctly. However the next sim day, the food is spoiled as if left out.

I tested it on two different regular residential households on different lots/maps and had same issue. 

I don't consistently play so I can't point to when this issue started for me, but it was somewhere between November-now.
