Batuu pack, First Order officers and Stormtroopers missing their headgear.
Required Tabs to make the content easier to find is missing a tag for Packs (Expansion, Game, Stuff, Kit, etc.).
I've seen numerous human statues around San Myshuno while I've been playing recently and non of them are wearing hats at all. It makes them really jarring since their hair pokes through.

In my case, I've tried the Halloween costumes and any of my sims has had the appropiate hat with their costume.
One of my sim twins was supposed to be a villain, but he's wearing a ridiculous wool hat, and the other one was intended to be Darth Maul, but the head is not disguised.
I've never had cc or mods.
I'm not sure if it's okay to report this here, but in my case, the human statues are wearing hats that are not part of the original set costume.
I play on PC via EA app, no MOD/CC.
