Hats missing from premade several outfits

If I click on "Put on beekeeping suit" on the beehive, my Sim puts on the suit, but the hat is missing, and she still gets stung by bees even though she's "wearing the suit." There's also no longer a...

Can confirm this is still happening in 1.117.244.1020.

This is still happening in Version 1.117.227.1030.

Fresh save, no mods. All Expansion, Stuff, and Game packs, and most kits purchased/installed, game only lacks Golden Years, Kitchen Clutter, Sweet Alure, and Sleek Bathroom, as of 8/20/2025.
