Ideas
The NPC townies (Storm Troopers) are no longer wearing their helmets like they normally do when visiting Batuu for vacation. I tested it without mods/cc and in a new save just to be sure and they're still showing up in the world without them on.
Same here, no mods and still having this issue.
Would be good if this could get sorted
