Ideas
Just wanted to add another scenario in which I noticed npc sims aren't wearing the hats associated with their clothing: high school years graduations 😞 see pic below. There are graduates in red, grey, pink and maroon robes and none are wearing their hats.
This was in a save where I had mods and cc at one point and then removed them. I play on PC and own all the packs.
