I have same issue where firefighters not wearing their helmet, space suit (both from explore space with rocket and also the astronaut work outfit) with helmet missing. And for some unknown reason, Summer Holiday from BFF household wear the spacesuit helmet with the culinary career work outfit to work. This happening on my new vanilla save.
I play on PC through EA app, latest update, base game, no kits and no packs, no mod or CC, already cleared caches and repaired game.
