Hats missing from premade several outfits

If I click on "Put on beekeeping suit" on the beehive, my Sim puts on the suit, but the hat is missing, and she still gets stung by bees even though she's "wearing the suit." There's also no longer a...

I have a question for Strangerville, I have a sim that is in the military and she went to The Curio/Conspiracy Shop, has anyone actually got a tin-foil hat for their sim and have them actually wear it on their head?  

Because when my sim's got it..it doesn't show her wearing it.  Why? 

Just curious.
