Hats missing from premade several outfits

i took out mods still had the same issue , this is a newish save first time visiting batuu so im not sure about them having their helmets on or not

Here are shots from my game, at least. I, too, am having the same problem.

Could you please provide the following information 

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

I've seen numerous human statues around San Myshuno while I've been playing recently and non of them are wearing hats at all. It makes them really jarring since their hair pokes through.

• Is this for new saves or also for old saves where they had their helmets before ?

Batuu pack, First Order officers and Stormtroopers missing their headgear.

Required Tabs to make the content easier to find is missing a tag for Packs (Expansion, Game, Stuff, Kit, etc.).
