Hats missing from premade several outfits

If I click on "Put on beekeeping suit" on the beehive, my Sim puts on the suit, but the hat is missing, and she still gets stung by bees even though she's "wearing the suit." There's also no longer a button for "unwrap," only "put on," even though she's wearing it. then I have to manually change the outfit. But the suit is no longer useful anyway.

  • This is also affecting the Detective career.  Interestingly, the sim I join at work is wearing her hat but none of her fellow officers at the precinct are wearing their hats.  One of her co-workers that is now in detective clothing is wearing the hat.  Based on simvasion's commentary for hats not being properly removed from a previous situation outfit, at least I now understand why that one co-worker has a hat that shouldn't be there.

  • I have notice this as well on npc graduates in high school... my own sim who graduate have the hat but the other sims graduating dont. Also, they were stupid ugly shoes, like the new hooves shoes...
