[HSY] Sims reset when studying for exams

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• How does the game glitch ? What happens ? Please give some more details.

When I play with my sims in high school, suddenly during the lesson the sims reset including mine and stop participating in the lesson, it happens every time. They can't take notes and study for tests. 
Please I don't know what's going on.

Mac and no mods 

I am not using any mods/cc when you click study for exams it glitches doesn’t let them study and moves them from where they’re standing or if they are sitting it makes them stand up

Do you have issues only at the school lot or also on the home lot ?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 

• Delete the ones you have
• Trigger the error again
• Check if new ones are created
• If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

Do you have issues only at the school lot or also on the home lot ?
