Hired Caterer doesn't cook

Meanwhile, the hired catering constantly takes out ingredients for cooking, but at some point their action is interrupted and they just sit and chat with guests. If by that time someone has already put a dish in the oven or on the stove to cook (even if it was the same specialist), they will not continue cooking it.

This is an issue for me also. The below actions happen, either by itself or in combination:

1. They take ages to show up, ie the party is halfway over when they arrive.
2. They keep taking out ingredients for dishes but never finish cooking.
3. They start but don't finish making cakes for birthday parties. 
4. They spend more time socializing than cooking. On my last party, the caterer and the bartender spent most of the time chilling on the couch lol. 

This is an issue for me as well. The caterer arrives, goes to the fridge, and then goes to the computer or talks to my household sims instead of cooking anything.

This is an issue for me as well. Caterers were working great and I was using them to cook my family meals for a few days but now they show up and just go chat and cook no meals.
