Houses/Lots Disappear

No mods, latest game version, all DLCs

After the last update (May 27th) the game was okay for a few days but then began to fail loading households. Some load alright (Windenburg), but most either instantly return me to the town list or manage households, or stuck on infinite loading screens. I do not use any mods, no families/lots from the gallery, no rental units though I do own the addon, tried deleting cache and nothing works. Interesting that Tartosa, Tomarang and some other towns don't load lots and return to manage households while Willow Creek or Evergreen for example stuck on loading screens.

I then tried to move the Sims 4 folder from My documents to make the game generate a new one - and the brand new save file suddenly shows me most lots (both residential and public) with orange triangles and llamas all around. I managed to find a lot in Moonwood, moved in a family of one test sim. It loaded, but the sim can't go anywhere in the world since the lots show up with those llama icons.

I tried this several times with brand new Sims 4 folder but it stays the same. Tried loading old saves - no llama icons and triangles but lots still do not load.

UPD while reading other topics on save files corruption realized it could be error 800 but got no notifications about it to know the error code🤷
