The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots.

Hi everyone! I’ve been having a really frustrating issue in The Sims 4 and I can’t figure out what’s causing it
Lots I’ve built or placed from the Gallery look fine at first, but when I leave the lot and look at it from another lot, it reverts back to the EA default/original lot (like it was never changed).
This happens in all of my saves eventually, even if I start with a fresh Sims 4 folder, no mods/CC, cleared cache, and repaired the game.
I’ve already rebuilt whole saves from scratch, but the problem keeps coming back. It feels like the game is “forgetting” my changes to the world unless I’m actively on the lot, and it makes it almost unplayable
Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips or workarounds? I’m worried that my save files are getting corrupted every time.
