Houses/Lots Disappear

I have no mods just many add-ons created for EA. I noticed once I need to go to another lot ex: career, visiting neighbors, families. The entire lot is empty, just only the plot. Once I end up on that lot, if I exit and go to manage worlds, it even shows there is not a building and it's an empty plot again. If I click on it to edit, it's still empty. I also have noticed, not sure if different issue, but I cannot place lots or place & edit without it being stuck on the 'placing lot'. I have uninstalling everything, repairing as well, and still nothing. I've tried loading different saved games and still the same thing. I haven't played for months because I'm over only being able to stay on my own land without it disappearing.
