Houses/Lots Disappear

Sorry I forgot to come back to this. I ended up doing a bunch of things and something fixed it but I couldn't say what (I know you all probably hate hearing that!)

My game doesn't have a Mod, but when I enter the lots they disappear, on the map it appears when I enter to play the lot doesn't exist, please fix it, I can't stand having to reset the game and start again, I've had this problem since June, I haven't been able to play with any new expansion yet.

I have remade a bunch of rentable houses multiple times on different lots and different maps. I have tried to recovers saves, removed my mods, repaired the game several times, and uninstalled and reinstalled my game. I have never had this issue before. I've researched multiple ways to fix this and nothing has worked. I am at a loss. 

So of yesterday i was updating some character items and then I went to load into one of my characters' houses after she moved. Then every single thing she had is missing. And then on top of that, an entire building in the like in cityworld is missing everything. I built in it for some reason. It's the only one, though I checked all my other builds. They're just missing. It's like it like did a master clear of it. I don't know what's going on. I've never had this issue before. If someone can explain that to me, i've restored my license and for some reason. My ps5 won't load an earlier saves. So I don't know what to do i have an auto save from 10/19/2025 but it won't let me upload it. And someone help she didn't even move to this building she moved to the building on the other side. Also, my character  other characters are still using their items.They're just not visible so 🤷 

Been having a similar issue now for the couple weeks D: I enter a lot via manage worlds and it bulldozes the lot AND WEIRDER, it makes all the surrounding lots look like they do by default (like, the EA builds are suddenly there instead of the ones I did) and then when I try to enter those, they get bulldozed too.

Happens mods or no mods. I've tried a cache clear, repairing my game, rolling back the save, but nothing. Every new game I make eventually picks up the bug too. It'll let me edit lots for a while before the neighbourhood starts to eat itself again ☹️ doing a folder refresh + repair with fingers crossed now

UPDATE: 

Ive tried around in all ways posible, and i think i found the solution for at least MY bug problem..

removed mods and cc (first just clothes, then hair, etc.) to see if the corruption was coming from anything there. Then searched through the whole internet to read multiple times that it could be the rentals pack making problems. It was a absolute pain to figure out how to deinstall a pack from the EA App cause there is just a "deinstall sims4" button but in no way i could figure out how to remove one pack at a time. Searching here and there i finally found it. I deleted the pack list number EP15 in (/programs/EA Games/Sims4/EP15)

Guess what, THATS IT! everything works fine again, currently reloading my old mods and cc. Thank god i saved it separatly before playing around with the solution finding and fortunatly i was able to save all my lots before making more damage to my builds

I highly recomment trying this if u have the same issue AND the rental pack at the same time. So glad i found my way relativly fast (3 Days) 

If thats not your way fixing it i hope you find one at sometime.

Having the same issue as many others as it sems..

Had a house on a lot that i wanted to save in my gallery, i did, so i flattened my lot to build a new one, it would gonna be a rental lot with one big house and several apartments. I did the base structure without details, so no windows no doors no cc just walls, 3 stairs and a few fences for balconys. I selected each room for the appartments in the menu and sorted them. I saved and left the lot, came back few minutes later to see my new house would be shown in the world overview but as soon as i wanted to hop on it with build mode or a new made sim it vanished and i stood in my old house that i saved for my gallery. 

I removed all my mods and cc to try again, same problem. One thing i dindt do as of right now is to try on an other lot to see if the same issue comes up. 

all i can say is that its sooo annoying cause i just found myself getting my "every 3 months I have a sims hype" back and now i cant even build new stuff (mainly playing for building soooo..) I really hope i find a way to fix this or EA gets it fixed.....
