Houses/Lots Disappear

Good day.

When rebuilding lots from expansions in Willow Creek, the lots disappear. They remain on the city map, but if you go into the lot, it’s empty — only the land value is preserved, with no building. Moving the lot to another place doesn’t help; the only solution is to roll back to a previous save.

The lot type used for rebuilding that breaks the save can be any: rental housing, custom lot, or residential house.

The bug doesn’t appear immediately. After rebuilding expansion lots, I go to a lot in Willow Creek, and if a neighbouring lot looks like it hasn’t been rebuilt, the game is broken — and things will get worse from there.

I’ve been struggling with this issue for several months. I hope you can help me find a solution.

I’ve been struggling with this issue for several months. I hope you can help me find a solution.

I'm currently experiencing the same problem. Did you find a solution to fixing this issue?

My game has started randomly deleting recent builds. I will double and triple check that I am saving throughout a build and then when I log in later that day or the next day, the build is completely gone. This has happened at least three times. I also had one household go missing that I made in the same day as the build that disappeared. Really frustrating, I have no mods installed and have been having this issue over several weeks. When I remember to save them to my gallery, I can still sometimes access them so I know I'm saving my game and not hallucinating.

Hello, I went back and played a family I havent played in a few months and their house disappeared. It was a self built house in the Newcrest world. I see the house in the world selector but when I click into the house to play the family the house is gone. I also noticed my other families I haven't played in a while, are extremely glitchy, almost to a point where I can't play them at all. 

Recently when I buy a new expansion pack I go into Select Worlds to see the new world and when I click on the new world none of the lots appear. When I bought Growing Together and Snowy Escape two of those worlds appeared in Select Worlds. One was the world as it should be with all the lots and the duplicate was the world with no lots. And then I recently bought Journey To Batuu and this time there was no duplicate, it was just the empty world with no lots. I've already tried repairing my game more once, and I've already tried restarting my computer more than once (I'm on a MacBook Air). Any thoughts?

Whenever I go to travel all of the buildings are gone except for the building my sims are living in. Or if i have a decorating job i will travel to the lot and the lot will be empty where a house once was.
