Houses/Lots Disappear

Happening to me as well in Willow Creek only. All other places seem to be fine. I thought it was a For Rent issue but it isn't. It opens all other For Rent lots except two I have in Willow Creek - it just loops in loading or shows an Error 800. All the other lots get deleted when I enter them. Please tell me what I can do, cause EA won't 😪

I’ve run into this issue over three save files over the past month and a half.  I’ll place lots from the gallery, I’ve built my own lots No cc included . I’ve taken the mods out and the builds will disappear . My save file is disintegrating right in front of my eyes and it’s disappointing to see especially when I’ve paid money to play this game. 

I am suddenly having this issue as well, so far only on a blank save file that I had downloaded, so that I can rebuild all the lots the way I want to with my planned storyline. I tried to replace an Apartment in San Myshuno, but as soon as I backed out of the lot and tried to load back in, the lot was completely empty. All the furniture and walls were gone, checked my Sims 4 folder for an LE and there was none there. Tried doing the same thing, with the same apartment and lot from my library in a brand new save and there doesn't seem to be an issue there at the moment. 

The Blank Save File

Just experienced what I think is this issue. I downloaded a lot from the gallery to renovate and add on a small business residential space to. I did so through manage worlds, so no sim on the lot. I finished the entire renovation and I got a server error when I tried to save it to my library because I'd already built it and lost it once and figured it was completely gone. So failed to save it to the gallery and decided to move my sim onto the lot to see what would happen anyway, and it loaded into an empty lot like before.

The weird thing is that I went into build mode and the original gallery lot came back. My additions and renovations were completely gone (which did include custom content but I'm not sure this makes a difference) and the original lot from the gallery was there in it's place right when I loaded into build mode. I decided to just add my addition (instead of changing the whole lot again) to see what would happen, went back into live mode and it's fine, and went back to manage worlds and back onto the lot and it's still there. When I did this addition, I did not include any custom content, I'm not sure that that's the difference but I thought it was important to note anyway. No error codes, no orange check marks, the map looked like my lot was there the entire time (I'm building on one of the empty lots in the new world), everything was normal until I moved my sim into the lot and hit play to go into live mode with her. 

Yesterday (3/6/2025) I started building on the 50x40 lot in Henford-on-Bagley. I saved in build home before exiting the game. Today after doing the businesses & hobbies update, I loaded into the save to work on the lot in henford-on-bagley and every time I load into the lot, my build disappears. On the map when I first load in the house appears there, but the minute I load into the lot, it is gone. I disabled mods and repaired my game and it is still broken. I even tried putting a sim in the lot but it wouldn't let her buy it furnished and when I loaded in the build was gone again. Does anyone know how to salvage the lot? I didn't upload it to the gallery or save it to my library because I wasn't done with it. 

I have for the first time ever stumbled upon this issue it seems. Yesterday i spent quite some time building a flower shop. So just now i was loading the game to continue this. The map was completely normal and i could see the building, no orange or green exclamation marks or anything. Lot loaded fast and nicely - but when the lot loaded - it was reverted back to the building that was there previously (i built on the smaller lot in Magnolia Promenade, so it had reverted back to a retail store).
I exited without saving, removed the mods folder and repaired the game - but it's still the same. Not sure why this is happening now - i've never had any issues or bugs like this, which makes me afraid to open any other save. Luckily this save is a new one that i started just to build, but still - it kinda sucks. I didn't upload the build to my gallery, but i see now that perhaps i should start doing so just to be safe.

This issue - whatever it is - should be looked into ASAP. Seems pretty game breaking to me. Pretty bummed about it since i was looking forward for the new EP and to play it with my legacy save, but i'm gonna hold off on that until whatever this is, gets fixed. There is no way im letting this bug corrupt my legacy save that i've had for a couple of years!🙄

Bulldozed the the "Mopy Manor" lot in Ravenwood and started building my own house on it. When I came back and loaded onto the lot, it resets back to the EA build, completely deleting what I build. In the world overview I could clearly see my build on the lot preview, but as soon as I load it, it's gone and replaced. Happens in both Manage Worlds and in Live Mode. The save is not old but I started it during the Time Travel Event and before the Feb. 25 Patch. Restarted my game and PC many times, repaired the game files and have mods disabled and removed. Don't know if it happens on other lots or in other worlds. I've seen forum reports on this issue from years ago, without any fixes, but this is the first time this happened to me.

I didn't save the unfinished build to my library so it's (probably?) just gone for now.

Is there a fix to this bug yet? I am on a MacBook and I have removed mods (ages ago).

the park of the first world is no longer showing correctly. I can't see it on the map and when a travel to the park I can't see anything.
