Houses/Lots Disappear

This happened to me recently. I was on the blank lot in San Sequoia across from the library. I built a house and played a while. My sims came into some money, so I built a small studio apartment on the same lot for a butler. I traveled for my Sim's job (interior decorator) and when she got home from work, my addition was gone. The addition exists in world view, but not once the lot is loaded.

I was recommended to come to the is thread to report my issue, but it’s more than just entire lots disappearing.

After the two latest patch updates, not sure which one it was as the household I was actively playing wasn’t impacted so I didn’t realize right away, but my entire world defaulted back to base game, erased all of my builds, and all of my households. Only my actively played household and build survived the glitch.

I have no residential rentals. Unfortunately I cannot link my saves due to being on console and not having the original links. Just want to report it.

Despite the thread being closed and incorrectly labeled as "fixed," this issue is still occurring. Players are still reporting lots reverting back to EA default, and for one user, the Sylvan Glade tree in Willow Creek has disappeared from their save as well. They've supplied video evidence outside of the forums, and I will instruct them that they should definitely post here if they haven't already.

Since the thread instructs us to create a new thread if we continue to see the issue, that's what I'm doing. Players are still having issues and this needs to be addressed.

Thanks for this. I'm still learning to navigate the new forums. I was confused because the thread title (#2) and what Cade said was fixed were different from each other and I think that's why a couple others were confused as well. I'll bookmark the index post so I can try to keep up!

It's a complicated issue :D

Please help! 
everything works fine in the sims house. When i travel to say the gym or library (anything) the lot is there on the map. 
asoon as the lot loads it loads completely empty and when i go back to the map, it shows an empty lot. 
how do i fix this? Thanks.

I'm still having the same problem with the rental houses/apartments. It's not fixed.

And also, many houses un Willow Creek and Evergreen Harbor had dissapeared 

I lost a 6-year save and rebuilt it only for it to happen again and again and again. I am at the point where it's virtually unplayable. Why do I keep investing so many hours into building home, making sims. BOOM, go to my lots and they all disappear? (INSANITY) This just happened to me AGAIN , tonight. With the NEW enchanted expansion! I am done.. I can't :(

People on other forums state that having to many sims or lots causes corrupted saves. When I want to replace all the EA house and add more sims using ONLY my EA PACKS. Like why have a gallery to share builds with no cc AND WHY have lot spots or the option if I can't customize the world how I want without fear of wasting hours for a lost save? 

EA if you are reading this, recreating this issue goes as followed from the many times I have done it:
- Go to gallery and replace all lots in every world (with the amazing creations made by fellow simmers) that say #Nocc . 
- Then do it again BUT for ALL the sims, adding more sims into every house and even making some homeless by evicting them.
- Then go ahead, when you can finally PLAY .... travel to a lot and watch the game die along with all the time it takes to do this. 

Like EJ Flambert said, " ...I really hope EA takes it seriously and fixes it quickly. I don't want more packs or worlds - I want a playable game!"
 PLEASE FIX THIS, STILL VERY PRESENT ISSUE EA! 😖 

Selfmade houses and apartments are gone. So are entire buildings in San Myshuno when I try to play there. Picture: an example with the Bheeda household
