I do have Eco Lifestyle.
Recently been loosely looking at the NAP and though I'm not sure if Eco Friendly was on at the time I took the screenshots/when it first started I'm 8/10 sure green gardening was off.
This is what I have currently and the ranch hand went through the locked door again and began gardening.
Try removing Self-sufficiency

WendyFallenAngel Do you also have the issue with the toggle ? I wonder if that's related. Like it turns itself off if something else overwrites the tasks you set.
Yes, I have the exact same problems with the ranch hand as the OP if I turn off do gardening they garden anyway or it turns itself back on.
