its without mods i only really use

and money cheats 

also now im trying to make a farm buisness and my sim will not water the plants even hired a ranch hand and a Gardner and they do not water the plants ether 

im playing on pc ea

do you have the freezing with any Sims or just a particular household ? Could you test another household with mini sheep/goats ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
