xxKlotopiaxx hi there, I've tested this on Xbox Series X with all packs, it's working for me but I do get a strange bug while dog walking that has similar animations to what you describe here. I reported it on our previous bug reporting system. I tested on Sienna and Flapjack who are premade and on their offspring who I created in the game, Sienna's YA daughter and Flapjack's son.
But I have a couple of steps you could try if a powercycle doesn't help and then if nothing resolves the problem if you could pop back and let us know if that's ok.
Firstly I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling your game and packs. See if that helps. If not you can also clear your locally saved data and sync up with the cloud again by selecting Sims 4 on your console home screen using the menu button (3 lines) go to Manage Game and Add-ons>Saved Data. You'll see 2 sets of data, pick the set next to your gamertag/username and select delete from console only (this step should be carried out while the game is not running). Then immediately load up your game and it will sync up with the cloud and retrieve your data. That's a tip I got from Xbox Support years ago and I do this regularly. Hope this helps.

. . . G . . . things
I want to thank you and Jona 0703 very much for your compassion & work !!
But i thing this issue (and so many others ! - like for example : this forced automatic graphic adjustment ) seems to get generated again and again . . . it is like xbox one and the Sims 4 game does not work together well . . . (this happens when games are only to be sold quickly and there is not enough qualitycontrol. Second : it is a PC game ... the 'transfer' to xbox one does not seem to be running smoothly.)
So - if i want to play Sims 4, i had to try my best to avoi critical 'in game' situations ... and do constant savings , and eat as much chocolate as i can . . . !
