I'm having this issue too. I thought it was some outdated mod, so I loaded the game without any mods and the T-pose still persists. I'm using the latest game version (1.124.63.1020) on PC. As user FLOFLO0358 mentioned, I can't make any sim pour servings. No matter where the bottle is, on the lot or in the inventory, but the drink interraction works fine.
