I'm having a weird issue with the high school lockers. I can't interact with them at all. I tried replacing the school with another one from The Gallery, but it's not working. NPC students are able to claim and interact with the lockers, but not my active household. The lockers don't even highlight when I have my cursor on them.

I used The Pleasant Family from Maxis's profile on The Gallery. I was following Angela Pleasant to school when the problem started.

do you have the teen still in the gallery ? What's the name ?
Yes. I had reset my entire Sims 4 folder, tested the problem with an existing teen sim in the vanilla game, and they were able to interact with lockers completely, including claiming and giving up repeatedly. But if I used a teen sim from my tray or The Gallery, they couldn't interact with the lockers at all.
I did manage to get the lockers to work again when I created a brand new teen sim and sent them to school during an active school day. But the irony here is: it was an identical twin of the sim who couldn't interact with the lockers when this problem began for me. That makes me wonder if the original sim could possibly be corrupted somehow 🤔
To be sure, you're not even able to claim a free one ? This isn't about other Sims lockers ?
Yes. It seems like no matter what save I'm in, it happens.
Did it happen on the new save again as well ?
The lockers I'm having trouble with are the normal school locker type. The problem seems to keep coming back.
Found an older report for this. Can you try this
I have discovered that there's an Oversight with certain locker types not being properly flagged, replace them if they are of the "Stylized" kind of Lockers for the normal school locker type. Now Locker options for school should be available!
