there’s so many bugs I’ve experienced for a few years that haven’t been fixed despite many others having the same so I doubt they’re going to fix it.
The problem is this bug isn't just a small bug, this is an entire $50 pack not working at all, the main content of the entire pack doesn't work anymore. It gets worse with every update. The new update for today has completely broken it again and made it worse. Some people are getting no tasks for any sims or simply can't follow their sims to school at all anymore.
EA should be offering refunds at this point but they won't do that unless people stop buying the new packs all together. They always release broken packs but they usually eventually fix them. This hasn't even been acknowledged for nearly eight months.
This exactly, the least they could do it acknowledge the issue. But they seemingly don’t care, and if they don’t care and don’t care to fix this broken $50 pack then I want my money back bc it makes the game unplayable for me and many others.
