What?! How can they completely ignore this forum. That is baffling to me. I haven't been able to play my game in over 7 months! How did you contact him? I wouldn't mind putting some extra pressure on it because this bug just makes the whole expansion pack completely unplayable with 2+ teens.
You will never believe this... The link I used to contact EA through live chat has been taken down. They clearly don't want people getting into contact with them because whenever I try load the link, it says "404, you're lost in the gamerverse." The fact that I can't access it anymore when I could a day ago is so unbelievably dodgy. This is very strange and shows how shady EA is.
I can't access it either. That IS dodgy. Since they don't know this forum exists, I will try to find another way to contact them. After 7 months, I'd love to be able to play my game again...
I sent him the link to this forum so I think he knows now but it's whether he actually passed it on like he said he would or not, which at this point, I doubt he did. It's really weird and super dodgy that they entirely removed any way to contact them. I've been looking everywhere for how to contact them and I literally can't. That link was the only way and now it's gone, EA are doing everything they can to prevent people being able to actually contact them and this thread is marked as "under investigation" but I think that's a load of bull. They're clearly not going to fix this and now you can't even ask for a refund. I tried to put in a refund request and I can't anymore. It goes nowhere.

Can we get an eta on fix? This has been an issue for months and it’s utterly ridiculous that we have no timeline on a fix. Frustrating that they keep focusing on less important bugs for hsy pack, rather than one that affects the game play majorly
