is anybody able to explain to me how this is labeled as under investigation but we’re not getting any communication on the status of the bug and whether it’s being actually brought to the team or not? It just doesn’t make sense that it was changed to being under investigation 6 months ago but the relevant EA team didn’t know about it at all as of 7 days ago…
Right? Like I asked two different people and both of them said they had no idea this forum even existed so how is this under investigation? Who is investigating it? The imaginary bug fixing team? Honestly, the fact that we've had no communication for almost a year on it and it's never mentioned in any patches or updates makes me genuinely believe that they don't actually know and they were being honest with me because why else would it go unaddressed for so long? It makes complete sense with that context information. I just don't understand how they aren't aware, this forum is supposedly the official forum, so how does an official forum have no eyes on it.
