General Information About The Bug Reports Forum | EA Forums - 4965007
this tells us what each label means and who/how the bug reports are looked into. Under investigation just means Maxis is looking into it. What we don’t know is how long that’ll take. Crinrict is the one who changes the labels so they should be updating us on how long it’s expected to take. Once it’s labeled Laundry List then it should be coming out with the next patch. crinrict we’d like an update on where in the investigation this bug report is.

This should explain how the bug forum works.
So who from EA can we ask? Would that be TheSimsDirect. This bug has been here for MONTHS and they keep fixing completely random stuff for HSY and ignoring one that affects gameplay drastically.
