Please check this thread for more information: [PLEASE READ] Information/Questions about the bug forum | EA Forums - 11850203 on how things work around here. As said many times, I don't work for EA and I don't have any updates.
So who from EA can we ask? Would that be TheSimsDirect. This bug has been here for MONTHS and they keep fixing completely random stuff for HSY and ignoring one that affects gameplay drastically.
