It's back! This bug! After today (July 1, 2025) patch, I took my two teen sims to active high school, except only one of them got their tasks to complete. I selected both of my teens to follow, but this still happened. At the end of the school day the one without tasks got stuck at school as well. I have no mods or cc installed at this time, though I have had in the past. This wasn't happening before the patch, though the UI was very glitchy.

I have this issue as well, but then also the past few in-game days it hasn’t even given me the option to follow either of them to school? I was really looking forward to having the active school days work, and I can’t figure out why this is happening now.
I agree, I’d rather have one student only to play than the unplayable at all interface that they replaced it with.
I thought I was the only one too. I didn't even realize that it was fixed in April. I uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired the game 3 times, removed all mods as well as the cashe to try and fix the problem. I am so glad that I'm not the only one dealing with this again.
I have the same problem. For me, this bug has never been solved. I have given up using high school in households with more than one teen. And I have been so exciting for this pack to be completely functional again.
I only have one teen in my active household but can confirm the UI is fixed. He's the oldest of 4 but I'm also aging them up when I want to.
I mean, I'll actually update my game now as I'd rather have an issue with multiple teens not being able to have the schoolday UI ( work day version) like it was before, than the holiday UI which meant the whole pack was essentially broken. Just follow one teen per household and it's fine. This was keeping me getting the new pack because I play with a lot of teens and I wasn't going to trade one pack to work vs one I already have. Leave it like this please else it seems it will just be more broken.

Same here. I was excited to read that the HSY UI had been ‘fixed’, so I started a new save and went straight to the Price household in Copperdale. I selected to follow all three teens to school … but once again only Savannah got the tasks. (The other two attended class quite well by themselves though.) All three had after-school activities, but only Savannah went, while the other two just hung around. I had to take those two home, then send them off to their activities.
It’s really great to have the proper UI back again! But it seems that we’ve just gone back to the old problem we had before the UI was supposedly ‘fixed’ previously. It’s fine for just one teen, but no good if you want to play several, like the pre-made Price family.
I have no mods or cc, and as I mentioned, this was a brand-new save.
