[HSY] Video game streamer: Read simschat option not appearing/no tips

Me too, exact same issue.  I have replied and voted to,hopefully, increase visibility.

The trouble with these issues is that they are so specific that they don't get enough traction.

Edit. Simchat became available at level 3 of the career.
