[IL] [AA] Building leaves shadow after bulldozing (Water Lots)

I'm having trouble with a shadow appearing after I bulldoze a house on the lot titled "Reef Finery" in Sulani. It happens only on this specific lot but seems to go away once I leave the lot and go ba...

No, the shadow doesn't show on the map. I thought it was just that one lot at first, but I bulldozed another one in Sulani and it did the same thing. However, I bulldozed one that wasn't a residential lot and it didn't create a shadow. It is possible it is just residential lots. Really weird.
