About two months ago, I recorded a video of a “strange phenomenon” out of curiosity, not because I thought it was a bug.
I own all expansion packs.
The location is Tartosa Beach.
This save file is using mods.
Since it was raining at the time, I wonder if the raindrop effect might be related to the sand object.
I hope this information can be helpful as a clue.
