I was at a beach in my event save. (A save I use for playing through events. Mods and cc are turned off when I play in the save) Sandcastles suddenly spawned and soon despawned. This happened multiple times until I went home in willow creek.
I ran into the same thing! It was so weird! No one was building sand castles... they just started popping up, stayed for a bit, then went away, and then came back.
