At the premade beach lot in Sulani, Sims won't jump off the docking point and ladder object. She can climb up and down the ladder with no issues, but when I select jump, cannonball, or swan dive, she either climbs down the ladder, or runs around and swims to the bottom of the ladder and the interaction counts as completed. There was a canoe in my way that I previously had a Sim move away. I don't know if moving the canoe prior has made a difference. The jumping platforms from Get Together are working fine, so it doesn't appear to be a bug with the cannonball and swan dive animations themselves, but linked directly to the docking point and ladder object. The lot is a beach lot and I don't have mods.

Update to my previous comment: I tested on a Residential lot and on one that I made into a vacation rental after I finished building, and my Sims could jump, cannonball, and swan dive, as well as climb up and down the ladder without a problem. I noticed the ladder at the beach is called "Community Docking Point & Ladder" whereas the ones I tested on a residential and the vacation rental lots were called "Open Water Ladder". It seems that the one at the beach lot has this issue.
