I can’t save while my household lives on a residental rental lot. It pops up an error and if i try to restart the game all my progress has been lost. I play on PC.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What's the error code you're getting ?
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
