there's a known issue with these but the message is usually for Sims in other households. Is the message actually for your active household ?

Also you picked both never and removed cc. Please pick one.

Removed = You normally do you use mods but you did all the necessary steps with folder rename and still get the issue
Never = You never had mods/cc or not for a very long time.
