Infants/Toddlers Worse After Update

I generally had an okay time with toddlers (NOT infants) before the update, and now I’m having all the issues everyone complained about. Sim will just stand there when I’ve queued a bath or to feed the infant/toddler. Have to queue feed so many times just for them to pick up the child and then put them on the floor to go and paint. My infants would also been asleep constantly but were always in the red for sleep.
