One of my Sims infants was playing in the bookshelves before being brought to her chair. She's at the chair now, but still has the debris animation on.

When an infant is playing in something (e.g. a dresser) and making a mess, you see a dust cloud animation around them. Sometimes it doesn't go away even after the infant is done making a mess. The cloud follows the baby wherever they crawl. Even when an adult Sim picks up the baby, the dust cloud follows the adult. It only disappears after I exit and restart the game. This has happened so many times it's very annoying. It's not been fixed even in the latest update...
