Instant Upgrade option not available for beds

This also applies to Life & Death ghost ability to "instant upgrade".

Other objects I've noticed missing the instant upgrade ability:

• TV/Projector: Improved Projection upgrade is missed (everything else upgrades - noticed this on the TVs from Movie Hangout SP, Casanova Cave kit & Little Campers kit)
• Digital Sketchpads: High Performance Upgrade
• Drones [GF]
• Pressure cooker [FR]
• Kettle [FR]
• ETA City Living toilets: missing "Bio-disintegrator" & "Thermo-Evaporator" upgrades [CL]
• Burglar alarm

TV has been fully upgraded, but those with "Improved Projection" available have that upgrade still to do.

Potty Mouth / Talking John from City Living has been instantly upgraded, but there are upgrades missed.

I'm also having the same issue with that Trait.
