There is a huge problem with some missions in batuu. like to go do a cambriolage, my sims cannot go with the sims he recruted to leave. They just stand there beside the jet and the mission never gets...

I have the same same problem with A Daring Rescue.
What I noticed is that the Resistance members (Vi Moradi and the random officer that always keeps close to her) are excessively trying to chat up my sim while he is inside the stuck X-Wing. That usually doesn't happen when a mission is underway.
My sim did not exit the X-Wing on his own, he was stuck in there for hours until I gave up. Free Will is off, though, so maybe a free willed sim would leave on his own.
