[JTB] Several Missions: NPCs don't board the Millennium Falcon/X-Wing

There is a huge problem with some missions in batuu. like to go do a cambriolage, my sims cannot go with the sims he recruted to leave. They just stand there beside the jet and the mission never gets...

I am having the same issue when trying to fly the rescue mission in the X-wing for the Resistance (think it’s “A Daring Rescue”). My Sim gets in the X-Wing, but just kinda sits there whilst Vi Moradi (?) chats away, then my Sim gets out of the X-Wing and wanders off. She won’t fly the mission no matter how many times I try. I’ve cancelled the gig and re-tried several times and it never works. Very frustrating! 

I’m on XBox Series X so no mods or cc, all packs and kits installed, game up to date.
