There is a huge problem with some missions in batuu. like to go do a cambriolage, my sims cannot go with the sims he recruted to leave. They just stand there beside the jet and the mission never gets...

I just found a solution to the Daring Rescue mission!! Once you're in the X-Wing and stuck in "waiting" start a convo with Vi and eventually she will get on. It didn't even look like they took off but suddenly the mission was marked as complete!
