I have a problem with the La Suite del Flechazo apartment in the Ciudad Enamorada world. Every time I invite people over, or if I´m having an event, the invited people just stand at the bottom of the building without entering the apartment.
I have to socialize with them first, before they move. Otherwise, they just stand there for hours until the event is over...

I tested it on other saves, and the problem is the same. ServiceNPCs enter the apartment correctly (I´ve tried pizza delivery and cleaning services). If I invite a bunch of people over, some will stand at the bottom of the building, and some will stand at the door. I will put some more photos:) It's really strange.
It´s not that big of a problem -they enter the building once I interact with them after all, but I´ve played The Sims for many, many years, and I´ve never had this problem before, so it's really bugging me.

Servants and guests at the penthouse in Ciudad Enamorada stand outside for hours and then leave. I’ve noticed they almost never go up automatically—out of ten attempts, only about one visitor actually enters. No mods are installed.

Community ManagerI am having the same issue. I was wondering why my maid would show up and charge me for all these hours when they never came inside the house. Turns out they were at the bottom the entire time, refusing to home up. I tried to move the family out, move a new one in, it doesn't matter. The maid refuses to come upstairs.
