Servants and guests at the penthouse in Ciudad Enamorada stand outside for hours and then leave. I’ve noticed they almost never go up automatically—out of ten attempts, only about one visitor actually enters. No mods are installed.

- Accept a friend’s request to visit.
I am having the same issue. I was wondering why my maid would show up and charge me for all these hours when they never came inside the house. Turns out they were at the bottom the entire time, refusing to home up. I tried to move the family out, move a new one in, it doesn't matter. The maid refuses to come upstairs.
