Laguna del Abrazo shows as Incomplete After Loading Lot/ Not available for dates

Whenever I would like to take my Sim on a date of any kind to the lounge that is located in Ciudad Enamorada the game will not allow me to pick that location. If my sim is invited out on a date I still can't pick that location to go to. The only way that I can go to that location is if I take my single Sim there from the household. If I get there and I would like to start a date right then and there I'm unable to start my day at that location I have to go somewhere else. If my sim is at a different location and would like to change the venue for the date I still cannot pick the lounge that is in Ciudad Enamorada.  

I don't know if I'm the only person that is having this issue but it is annoying. I am playing on PlayStation 5 I do not have any custom content and all of the updates are installed. I noticed that this happened after the update that was at the end of September going into October. 

Any advice would be helpful at this point.

    Does the lounge show as incomplete on the map for you ?

      If by incomplete you mean has an exclamation point above it that only happens if I'm currently at lot.

      One example of what it is that I am experiencing is that if I go to create a romantic date and I am to pick the location for the event under ciudad Enamorada the lounge does not pop up as a location to go to. 

      If my sim is at the nightclub for singles and would like to change their venue when I go to the map and put my cursor over the lounge it says that this lot is not available

      If my sim tries to go on a regular date from home and on the map when I put the cursor over lounge lot it says that this lot is not available

    If you click on the lot in build mode, do you see this

    The love seat is currently not properly recognized and hence the game thinks the lot is incomplete, hence it doesn't qualify as proper lounge.

    Try adding a two love seats, then try again if it shows up (there is a bug with this, there should be a love seat)

    I added two love seats and now it is showing up for a date location. When I went into build mode it showed like the screenshot above.
