I just bought Lovestruck yesterday and encountered this bug. Clearly the use of the "Delicate Iron Bench" object was intended to fulfil that lot requirement, but when you click on "love seat" it doesn't show up, so I guess it wasn't categorised correctly and therefore the lot just doesn't work right. Very frustrating.
